Carol is a results-oriented, broad-visioned, hands-on consultant with deep experience and demonstrated expertise in areas of program management, business process innovation, strategic planning, and implementation of change. Trained as an engineer, Carol is creative by nature. She brings about systematic resolution of complex value chain issues across multiple industries. She is analytical, innovative in the face of obstacles, and perseverant with a strong drive to achieve results. Carol uses creativity and agility to engage all stakeholders in the implementation of change: she is a driven change catalyst. Her expertise is in leading and building effective interdepartmental teams consisting of senior managers and executives to envision, plan and execute dynamic, enterprise-level initiatives. Carol earned her Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering at The Georgia Institute of Technology.

Paul Winer, Partner
Paul is a unique operational and information technology leader with two decades of success in facilitating teams including technical and non-technical members. These teams create dramatic results in multiple industries and technologies from retail and manufacturing to medical technology and included both software and hardware products, and required building and re-engineering processes in warehouses, assembly lines, merchandising, product development and labor improvement. Paul has certifications in Pragmatic Marketing and Toastmasters International. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and his Masters of Business Administration from The Georgia Institute of Technology.

John Smelcer, Director
John has been leading projects involving the design and evaluation of usable interfaces for two decades. He has also managed IT departments and been an assistant professor of IT. John specializes in applying the results of user observations and market analysis to systems user interface design in industries including electronic medical records systems, financial systems, intranets, and call center applications. John is an author of the first peer-reviewed publication on the usability of electronic medical records. John earned his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and his MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
