John specializes in applying the results of user observations and market analysis to systems user interface design in multiple industries. John is an author of the first peer-reviewed publication on the usability of electronic medical records. John earned his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School and his MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
